My Sony DVD player wont allow SVCD ...so i have decided to try XVCD at 2750 bitrate ... the mpeg looks much better than VCD at 1150 or 1246 ... but the mpeg is 1012mb.

what should i do to get the next one down to around 700mb with TMPG

on a side note ... i saw a template on noise reduction and how it makes the out put file look 10-20 % better
