13 GHOSTS DOWLOADED FROM KAZAA

I downloaded 13 ghosts from kazaa, its a avi file but i cant encode with tmpg or anything, how do i encode so i can burn to vcd. thanks

Load it in Virtual Dub. If it doesn't recognise...you have got a problem...
If so frameserve it to TMPGenc...

the file is split into 2 parts they are about 44 mins long. I tried virtual, but i get audio and no video. when i encode with tmpg it says the file is unsupported or something. i tried to frameserve with dvdavi but its not working. thanks

yeah i can watch it on my kazaa theater but not anywhere else, not divx playa or anything , i want to convert to vcd. ive downloaded 2 movies from kazaa and but have the same prob.

hmm. . unsupported. . is the .avi file divx? maybe you need to install the divx codecs.

Avi doesn't mean it could be a divx. The avi extensions is used for multiple formats..But that's all i've got to say about it...sorry

Rememberd one thing...If Kazaa it play's, mediaplayer has to play it also. Kazaa uses the Codecs from windows...If the codec is not on your computer. It will not play at all..
