What kind of dvd creator are you looking for then? Create complex menus? DVDStyler or Tmpgenc authoring works might work.

I am looking for a DVD creator that you put the flv file and the software create the DVD disk burned based on this flv file. I tried DVD Santa but no results. Thanks

Avstodvd does that.

If it fails can you try convertxtodvd or the free freemake video converter.
