Converting VCD to MPEG in order to add chapters

I have some VCDs that a friend loaned me but they don't have any chapters which is a pain fast forwarding until I get to the section I want to see. How can I extract the mpeg file from it so that I can make chapters in it then re-burn them. I use VCD easy to make my VCDs.

I found the answer to my question. You can use VCD Easy under tools menu CDXA to MPEG
