Gents (and ladies) I have my very first BD-RE DL 50GB and am having trouble finding consistent information on the proper way to initially format it. It is a TDK inkjet printable 1-2X.
I have a Windows 7 PC and use ImgBurn for most of my burning, but as crazy as this sounds, I have never used rewritable media before. Never. Burned plenty of DVD-R's of course. But that's not the same thing.
I'm reading ImgBurn can screw initial formatting up...???
Can anyone assist me or point me to a guide? I would like to do this right and not create a coaster.![]()
Thanks!

re is not a formatable type disc. it's not a ram disk. just burn like a normal bd then erase and burn the next time.
