I want to upload one scene from a serial to YouTube but the scene is from the begging of the serial and the name of the actors are still showing through the scene. Is it possible to remove of hide this text?

Yup, you could do that. I mean, it would be a lot uglier than seeing the names of the actors who worked hard to put on a performance you enjoyed enough to steal and put up on YouTube, violating copyright and your user agreement. But whatever you like.

There's REMOVE, and then there's REMOVE, LEAVING A PRISTINE ORIGINAL BACKGROUND.
Even in the best editors & processors, unless luck is very much on your side (with a segment that shows only the background), you can't do the 2nd. Quality will get worse!
Plus, you've got all that bad stuff that bigass mentioned.

What difference does it make anyway? You don't think some person is actually looking at the video you uploaded making sure there are no well-known names in it, do you?? They have much faster automated ways to find out if it's copyrighted. Removing or hiding the names won't make a bit of difference as to whether or not your video is passed. Or do you have a different reason for not wanting the names to be seen?

It just look ugly with the text going through the video. It's a 2 minute funny scene from a show that is not airing any more, i don't know if this infringe the copyrights. Youtube is full with that kind of videos.

So just cut out that part. If the funny business is going on underneath the credits then you're out of luck and will just look foolish either blurring or blocking out the text.

Maybe it only looks ugly to you. Looks lovely to those of us who get to see our names up there.

People who ask this question here seem to think that embedded text (esp. hardsubs) are a separate layer, and you can just remove that layer leaving nice looking video underneath.
You can't. It is not a separate layer. There is nothing underneath.
Besides, the fact that "Youtube is full with that kind of videos" doesn't mean that it isn't copyright infringement. Haven't you noticed that there are fewer and fewer of those sorts of videos on youtube lately? There are lots of videos deleted for copyright issues on youtube's own channels/playlists nowadays.
