    I just ugraded to the new version of Nero. I just freezes my computer. the other version didn't do that. Can someone help me.

    Go to your Nero directory and delete DVDR.DLL.

    I had a similar experience and went back to previous version. Did you try deleting the suggested file?

    Delete your old version,then install 5.5.8.0

    That is the winning answer. Delete the old file and then install the new one. I did it that way and it worked.
