Has anybody any idea why I can't get MovieFactory to open VBR mpeg1 files I've encoded using tmpgenc ?
Every guide I've looked at shows MovieFactory using VBR files.
I've tried every template in tmpgcenc.
The only files it will open are CBR, even the ones I made using the "fit one film onto one cd" using VCD nonstandard and altering the bit rate.
Can you please tell me where I'm going wrong, any help would be much appreciated.
