why menu items can't get highlighted

Hi friends,

I've created a DVD disc with a motion menu,


but when play it on a SONY DVD player and Windows MediaPlayer, menu items didn't get highlighted when cursor is moved onto the them (only highlight doesn't work, button click still can correctly start a title)





when played in VLC player, menu items could get highlighted



I opened VIDEO_TS.VOB in vobedit and here is the infos about buttons, if some guys can help to have a look at it, I'll be so grateful. Thanks
