Removing green frames

So I used kmttg and VideoReDo to almost get the desired result.

How do I get rid of the frame or two of green that really was just black in the original video?

Did you mean the ones at the beginning and end ?

Did you want to edit them out, or replace them with black frames, or something else ?

You can use videoredo to cut them out, or use a video editor to replace them with something else
