Import EBU .stl Subtitle in Encore CS6

Hello everyone,

I spend a view days for a solution for my problem, without an idea.

I work with Adobe Encore CS6 to authoring DVDs and BluRays. I get stl. (EBU) Subtitle and I need to import this in Encore. But it doesn´t work. I´m a newbie in Subtitling. When I get a stl.-File like this... how can I format this ready for Encore?
I opened the stl.-File with Subtitle Edit and choose as targetfile "Encore.txt". But it doesn`t work
