    Are there any directshow version of x265 encoder? (For V.dub and Premiere) ?

    It is too early, unless you want to participate in this adventure to watch encoders being developed, engineered. You know that with enough bitrate any codec looks perfect.

    You can use DebugMode Frame server, that will serve YUV from Premiere, as original clips would be most likely, then load that signpost.avi into Avisynth or make sure it is in right YUV that you can load to x265 for now.
