whats the best program to see details about movies etc. like what video and audio format it has I have heard of Ge spot is that the best or have i got that wrong about what its called

GSpot is good, and useful - but only if you want details on AVI and MPEG files. Its support for other containers is rather limited, and GSpot hasn't been updated in a while.
MediaInfo is probably what you want. It provides a decent amount of information, can be used cross-platform, and has a tree/text mode where you can just copy the details, if you want to paste them into a post here.If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
