I am trying to burn a vcd from a downloaded movie taped in a movie theater. I have however been getting horrible blurriness in the final product and a greyish color to the film. The actual file isn't all that bad to start with for a taped movie. I have been told to simply increase the frame rate and Voila, a good product. However, the person who gave me this advice did not tell me how to do this. I am a newbie, and am unfortunately reliant on guides which only follow the basics. Can anyone tell me where to increase the frame rate, and to what statistic. Thanks in advance..
