hey guys

I have a really weird problem

I have Samsung TV screen and i want to play movies on

I connect the usb with the movie and Arabic subtitle in one folder and after some minutes the movie crash and the screen restart and i don't know why??

after some checking i found that

1_ subtitle must be unicode to be shown
2- when i removed the subtitle from the folder, the movie didn't crash
3-if the subtitle is Ansi the subtitle appears in unknown language and can't be read but the movie didn't crash

i can't determine what is wrong

please help!!
