    I want to re-convert my aac file but i didn't manage it.Are there any lib files for enable them?

    your ffmpeg version needs to be build to support this, just having some external library isn't enough
    (personally I use https://github.com/rdp/ffmpeg-windows-build-helpers to build ffmpeg for Windows within a Ubuntu Virtual Box image)
