Challenging downloading Video Streaming from secured website

I have tried all methods but I cant find a solution to download the video stream from the following links. Any Idea?

I got the 2nd link to work through the torch browser. Open through there and click the media button in the top right corner once it starts flashing. Didn't work for the first link, sorry!
