Promoting YouTube videos is not against the forum rules as far as I know, unless the videos turn out to be warez. Your thread is not likely to be deleted unless it turns into a type of discussion that is against the forum rules, which I suppose could happen based on what the video is about.

What I meant by my comment is that members of this site are unlikely to give you the kind of positive reviews and word-of-mouth endorsement you are hoping for. Your video is more likely to be ignored or to receive some very negative comments, regardless of its quality or content.
