Hello
Now I am going to buy A Samsung LED 32inch 1080P Full HD Tv there is two tvs
one is Samsung Eh5000 and the other EH5300 ( smart Tv )
My Question ?
when i go to the seller he told me that in video preview via Usb in 5000 you cannot Jumb forward in the same video but it will give you the next video in the Usb
and in the 5300 ( smart ) it will jump forward normally and not give me the next video in usb
Is that Right or any one try this ???
Note i have only these two tvs options Eh 5000 and Eh 5300 in my country ......

I have also a Samsung TV and i can't jump from like the first one, but however its easly to fastforward, not as a DVD player but with a slider as a pc mediaplayer. Its fast to go where you previously stopt.

If you can't jump from chapter to chapter with your Samsung TV, there is still a slider in the toolsmenu, its like when you watch a movie on PC where you can slide to search where you stopped watching before mostley on the bottom from you player.
Yes you do it with the Arrow buttons of your remote controller.
You start the movie, press the tools button on your remote en select search, there you can jump to another movie or slide where you stopped. If you take a samsung smart TV, it even knows where you stopped previously and start from there, unless you go back in the menu and select "Start movie from beginning".
With the slider its that not that precise but for me no problem to start some 5 or 10 sec earyler where i stopped before.
Also before you stop the movie, press the info button and you see the time in the movie where you stop.
The slider is pretty fast to go to your stopping point, faster then fastforwording like a DVD ore VHS.
Maybe when you hit pause and use the Arrow keys, the jumps wil be smaller, i did not test this yet.
Remember to read your manuel, because sometimes from the type of samsung TV this option good be somewhere else. -
