Hello guys! I'm italian (sorry for my bad english) and new user
I have a problem with this software, hope you can help me!
I want to estract the original mpeg file from many dvd (concerts ripped from satellite TV and transformed in DVD with software like dvd lab) and so I used VOB2MPG.
The problem is that, near half or end of the videos (mpeg) the audio disappears, or video stop working correctly, or goes out of synch.
This is a problem of some videos, not all the videos. The strange fact is that ON DVD there's not any problem, only after the ripping in mpeg2!
    Help me please

  2. Try MPEG2Cut2. Open all the VOBs. Use the [ and ] buttons to isolate the section you want. It will save it as MPG.

Does MPEG2CUT2 recode the video? I need the original mpeg2 without any loss of quality.
    Thanks anyway, I'll try!

It's a cutter, although you don't have to cut if you just want the VOBs to become MPGs. So, no, it doesn't open IFOs. It doesn't decrypt. The files (if encrypted) should already have been decrypted to the hard drive. It doesn't deinterlace. I didn't understand this:

It can open one or as many VOBs at a time as you like.
