    How do you improve the sound on my captured wave?

    (I'm looking for somthing that can do the same thing as TMPGE...I mean when you ad tooLAME to it and normalize with 200)

    For sound editing (and doing the do with full albums at the studio I work at) I recommend Cool Edit Pro.

    Granted, you'll have to do a bit of searching to find an .mp2 filter for it, but it's the best for normalizing, compression, noise reduction in my opinion.

    Others will disagree, but it works for me.
