  1. greetings all,

i have made a subtitle and wants to add it permanently to a video. actually, i use mac and found an application called "wondershare video converter ultimate". this one is really great one but unfortunately that i couldn't find either serial number or any registration codes. and the free trial that they offer adds a watermark in every video a convert.
this job is really important and urgent. i have only three short videos that i have translated them and now i have to add the subtitles so i can distribute them.

i'm waiting for your kind support.

    yours sincerely,

    Buy it?

Or use free software like avidemux. Under video and filters can you load subs. But it's probably not as simple but it's FREE.

  4. I sense you want hardcoded subtitles?

You might try MediaCoder which will give you very nice fonts with text rendering for .srt subtitles.

You don't mention what it's target for but perhaps you could use one of the device editions which are simpler to use.

i want the subtitle to be added to the video permanently... so i want both the subtitle file and the video file to be as one file.

  6. You could use Handbrake (free) which will burn in the subtitles, as long as you don't mind the results being MP4.

  8. why don't any of these work for you ? what does "unfortunately, didn't work out" mean ? Be more clear and specific - where there any error messages ? what didn't work out specifically ?

how did you make the subs ? what format are the subs ? Maybe there is a problem with the subs ?

yes there are dozens more choices on windows platform

  9. I was trying to say that unfortunately neither of those apps worked out. The files that I have are in “.avi” and the subtitle are in both “.ass”and “.srt”. And my aim is to add the subtitle permanently to the “.avi” files and they still “.avi”.
Most of the applications that I have tried adds the subs with converting them to another extinction (like something for iPhone, iPod, etc.).
So, any solution? I’m all ears. Actually, I’m running out of time. The deadline is close and I’ve accomplished nothing.
So, please if you can help, I'll more than thankful.
    Thanks in advance,
