Original anime DVD/Blu-ray

In my country there is no way for us to buy anime DVD/BD alone so we want to come together & buy an anime DVD/BD and distribute into others. But now we know that it's not possible since there is a protection code there to prevent it. Some people told me its possible to copy it into your hard disc but is it possible to give some one from that copy & can they play it just as well? or if you can copy it into your hard disc then can you give the Disk to someone else and they can copy & play it as well. But if not then how people encodes which can be found online. I don't know about DVD/BD rip/encoding but what I want is to make a copy which have the exact quality as the real one like 1080p=1080p,7.1 Sensurround sound=7.1 Sensurround sound. quality is the more important factor here but also there is the size to think about So after that tell me about how can i make the size smaller without harming the quality even a single bit.

You will find all personal rippers if you click on tools and decrypters(dvd), decrypters(blu-ray) and shrinkers under dvd to dvd and blu-ray to blu-ray.
