I need an advice on how to convert squeezed video (looks like 4:3, 640x480, with people heads squeezed on left and right) to a normal size heads (16:9). How do I do this?

Welcome to the forum.
You have to encode the video at a 16:9 display aspect ratio. Or if played in a media player, set the player's aspect ratio to 16:9. Other than those general suggestions, I'm afraid we need more information about the video, its format, how you processed it, and what you want for output.Last edited by sanlyn; 21st Mar 2014 at 10:18.

It is mp4 video. I did not encode it. I received it from another person on flashdrive. Datarate 513kbps, total bitrate 641kbps, frames 29. I need to change it from 4x3 (everything is squeezed) to show 16x9 (people should look like normal humans), so I may put it on youtube. The way it looks like right now as if everyone has not eaten for months.

Perhaps you could add it into the mux tab in MY Mp4BoxGUI, right click and select PAR 16:9 and press mux.

Did it also work after being uploaded to YouTube?
If not add an aspect ratio tag to the video:
yt:stretch=16:9
