I have a recording that came off my DVR camera system (.264 file) that was recorded in very low light. The recorded subject is little too grainy when further away and when moved to close to cam it gets washed out from being to close to the IR's. Any programs or suggestions on how I might be able to clean it up some. I'm not expecting the world...just seeing if it can pull a little detail out.
I'm a little computer savvy but lack in this area...but have done a lot of work in a photography studio developing and printing years and years ago. always hated when someone came to me to "blow up a tiny picture to a poster size and look like the original.
Thanks

the same thing applies here. there is no detail to pull out, plus it's already compressed heavily to .264 good luck but i hope it's just a test.
