Guys, Ive been converting heaps of AVI's to vcd's, a question, all the avi's have been in widescreen format are there any programs out there that will stretch the screen back out without distorting the images?
Cheers Dave

your question is a bit unclear
but look for the 'output size' option in tmpgenc, you can exactly specify how large the result should be, playing with these numbers allows you to create a 'letterbox' effect or 'clip' the edges left and right, or (which is what do) make it 'anamorph' (ie. the aspect ration on my vcd's is wrong for a 4:3 telly, however, i have a 16:9 screen, that nicely stretches it)
