Using Windows 7 and IE 11 pc, I see this "Error: Video could not be decoded" when I try to play an online video.
From a WindowsXP, IE8 pc, I don't see that Error playing the same video. Any solution?

Try it with FireFox. I find FF much easier to use for playback of online video. But IE 11 should have told you why it can't play the video.
The problem could be a missing codec, or a security problem with W7 or with IE 11. -
Thanks for that reply.
I downloaded FF, and then played the video without errors.
So, what does that say about IE11 and Chrome? How can I find out what's up with those browsers?
