Problem with After Effects

Hello,
I have a problem with the After Effects program.
After doing the project and rendering it, at the end I have a video file without the image.
Any idea what the problem is?
did I set there something wrong?
Please Help!

what video format did you render to ? what codec / container ?

did you try something like vlc or mpchc to play it ?

Make sure your video is as long as as your default project settings. So if your project was 10 sec, but your video was 8 sec, there's going to be black (no image) for the last 2 seconds of video.

Thank you so much poisondeathray. The problem was the format of the final product, which was not read by MediaPlayer.
