    I am using DVD Workshop to author a VCD. I am however having problem using Ulead writing engine. It gives me an error message "Failed to calibrate somthing". If I use NTI writing engine, there are no problems whatsoever. I also have Nero, CloneCD installed and they both work well. It's just Ulead's writing engine that i have problem with.

    Any ideas?

    I got the same message. I have a TDK161040 writer. Used the NTI engine, worked fine. Must be their screwy MMC driver I guess.
