Software that switches between files to same time frame?

Hi!

I have 3 cameras I simultaneously recording so they start at the same time and ends at the same time.
All 3 files get stored to the same folder.

So I'm looking for a program that can "jump" between these files but keep the current position on the time when I look at the footage afterwards.

Does a program that this exist?

Any help is highly appreciated!

Not sure what you mean by "keep current position on the time", but some video editing applications allow you to sync multiple camera clips and use keys to "switch" between cameras as you watch them. Lightworks is one of those applications.

Yes, they're called "NLE"s (non-linear editors). Most good ones (AVID MC, Adobe Premiere, Apple FCP, Sony Vegas, GV Edius, LW, etc) can have multiple video tracks in their timeline and allow for multi-camera editng (usually with additional specialized toolsets).

I tried the Vegas multi-camera editing recently and got good results without even reading the instructions. It probably works even better for those who know how it's supposed to be done.

But i'm not looking for a software editing program.

I'm looking for a video player.
That can take a folder with 3 different video files (from 3 different camera angles) that are insync from the start, and let the user witch between those 3 files/camera angles. Did that make sense?
