    Hi all,

I have some MTS files that I would like to split/cut at certain minutes.

    And upload to youtube.

What is the free software that I can do this? I want to keep original video quality the same as possible.

Maybe add a title to the video.

    Thanks all.

  2. tsMuxeR:
    1. start tsMuxer GUI
    2. use "Input->add" to add your file
    3. activate and set "Split & cut->Splitting->Split by duration every X sec" to 60*Y, where Y is the number of minutes
    4. set "Input->Output" to "M2ts" (you can later rename the m2ts extension to mts if you want)
    5. hit "Input->Start muxing"

Maybe add a title to the video.
afaik Transportstreams to not have any flags to set a title or other metadata,...
(you could load your source, set titles and split the output similar to the way tsMuxeR does it using mkvmerge if you are fine with .mkv as output)

    Thanks Selur for the info.

I followed your step but use cut instead, no splitting.

When I tried to cut 0.34s to 0.54s, I am not getting that file. I still have the same video as the original video. Any idea why?

    MUXOPT --no-pcr-on-video-pid --new-audio-pes --vbr --cut-start=0.34s --cut-end=0.54s --vbv-len=500
    V_MPEG4/ISO/AVC, "C:\00009.MTS", fps=29.970, insertSEI, contSPS, track=4113
    A_AC3, "C:\00009.MTS", track=4352
    S_HDMV/PGS, "C:\00009.MTS",bottom-offset=24,font-border=2,text-align=center,video-width=1920,video-height=1080,fps=29.97, track=4608

tsMuxeR can only cut on key-frames if there's no key-frame there it can't cut.
