  1. I used mctemporaldenoise ( almost all settings () high, low interlace= true gpu =true and so on ) and get some kind of posterization and flickering.

Source lagarith 720x576 pal 25 interlaced

  2. Some people would pay money for that effect! Try turning off the GPU.

i did try with and without and it is the same
i also tried with using interlace and without
What could be the cause of this the nature of the video ? the codecs ? capture ? or the filter it self ?

I don't understand this question. Just remove or comment out MCTD and if the video looks ok, it has to be MCTD at fault (or one of it's components) - if this is the case it can't be the capture or codec

commenting does ok so it is the filter ( i guess ) but i didn't see anyone before complaining about the same results that way I asked general question I was doing allot of installing and deleting recently so maybe i did screw something up.
Why will mctd do such thing any thoughts ?

It starts ok ( in the avspm preview everything looks ok ) no artifacts then in the middle of the rendered clip it starts this posterization and it continues till the end of the clip. I just uploaded the part when it starts doing it.

Yes, maybe you messed with the filter versions. Try cleaning out the plugins folder and using the proper versions .

I haven't see or heard anywhere MCTD doing this (but I never fiddled with plugin versions so much either)

(save those filters in a different folder in case you want to replicate this special effect , the "mammo LSD effect")

  7. BTW it should be ConvertToYV12(interlaced=true) - but that won't explain the artifacts, it's just to note for the future

Oh i will try with fresh install and clean plugins folder to see how it goes

(save those filters in a different folder in case you want to replicate this special effect , the "mammo LSD effect")

it is similar like those in sony or adobe programs but somewhat unique

Surprisingly it's very similar to some of the stylize after effects plugins from Sapphire

  11. Somewhere along the line one of the filters (probably in the deinterlacing) is generating an edge/motion map. That map isn't being handled properly and is becoming part of the picture rather than being used as a mask. In all likelihood this is caused by incompatible filter versions. But try deinterlacing before MCTD.

  12. I uninstalled avisynth and avspmod and installed it again with clean plugin folder. I started to put filters and auto load scripts and now i have problem to get it to work. As soon as i put lfsmod.avsi or MCtemporaldenoise.avsi i get error ( ether of them separately meaning one without the other or both together ) nothing happens before that

solved it now just to render to see if i get the same psycho effect
