Got an AVI with two audio tracks. Track 1 is pretty good; Track 2 is perfect for the first hour of playing, then images start to appear 1,5-2 seconds after relative speaking. I know what to do using VirtualDub when the out-of-sync is constant but, in this case, what should I do?
Thanks everybody.

you either shrink or stretch the audio or video until the durations match - same length audio and video (for video it would be adjusting the fps, for audio it would be to time compress or expand in an audio editor like audacity)
Eitherway, Track 1 will become out of sync if you get Track 2 to be in sync -
Demux the audio and the 2 video streams.
Fix the 2nd audio stream via poisondeathray's method. Do NOT fix the video!
Remux everything.
Track 1 will not go out of sync this way.
