    What is a good software or freeware that will do this? I have a 720p 60fps file that i want to merge with the corresponding radio audio. I am looking for an software program that will time shift the audio to sync with the play by play action. I would like to be able to output to 720p for further editing.

    Assuming it's the same audio (just shifted):

    If you know the delay value , you can enter it with tsmuxer . But there is no preview

    You can also try avidemux 2.6, enter the value in the shift box for the audio . You can add audio track from external file in the audio menu. At least you have a preview
