I've just created a website at Budmansite.com with everything you wanted to know about creating videos with download videos, manuals, Links and documents. Covers the basics of Aegisub, VirtualDub and Xvid4psp as well as the actual SSA format of subtitles and how to modify them. It's still a rudimentary site but I've uploaded lots of examples, instructions and tutorials.
