HELP please with Philips DVD 722

Hello people, newbie here looking for a bit of help! I've got a Philips 722 region 2 machine. Out of curiosity I
I read the following under the DVD hack section:

remote hack
1. Turn the machine ON and remove any discs.
2. When the display shows 'NO DISC'
3. Enter 'Play', '159'.
4. The display will change to show 11 dashes ('-----------').
5. For region 1 enter the 12 digit code '005000128156',
for region 2 enter the 12 digit code '002000128156'
6. Press 'Play' and the screen will turn blue and then reset.

Out of curiosity I changed my machine to a region 1 because a friend had a region 1 disk I wanted to see.
Following the above steps it worked perfectly 1st time, I sat back and matched my friends disk.
But now when I try and change it back to region 2 it won't work! I've tried the code almost 10 times, tried turning the power off inbetweeen trys and everthing.
I'm wondering does anybody know if the code posted above is the correct one to change my machine back to a region 2?
Thing is its my fathers machine and he will be none to impressed if I don't get it sorted!

Do a search for 'philips p-codes' on google or this forum. You should find some answers I think. If you want to make this player regionfree you should probably use the RC6-hack which you should be able to find many times in this site alone.
