    Trying Windows 8.1.but I can't install BDrebuilder,keeps saying there's a file missing.

    Run " REG_MSCOMCTL " with admin privileges. i.e. right click > run as administrator.
    The first time after this go to the BDRB executable, right click > run as administrator.
