I have about 6 hours of MP2 files recorded with a ATI AIW Radeon that I want to save to VCDs in VCD or SVCD format. The MP2 files are 640 x 240, NTSC (525), 6.00 M Bit/Second video and 44.1 KHz, 16 Bit, Stereo audio.
What's the easiest way to convert these files to a SVCD or VCD compliant format? I tried Ulead VideoStudio 4 and am not 100% they are compliant, but it took a LONG time to do the conversion after trimming out commercials.
I don't want to spend a ton of time at this but I'm just getting interested in what's involved. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Tim
