Hi!
I am looking for a solution to convert a 1080p AVC HD 28M (PS) video (shot with a Sony DSC-HX9V) to still image JPGs, each frame a JPG image. I couldn't find a solution yet. Any help?

You could try avidemux, open video, file->save->save jpeg images.
