    How do i Convert A Svcd Mpeg file to Divx or Other Non Vcd Formats

    Is there anyway to open it with virtualdub or flaskmpeg?

    After that, convert to MPEG-1 and open in VDub. There might be easier ways, but that will probably do what you want.

    Create a dvd2avi project, convert that with VFAPIconv. Open the fake avi in VirtualDub.
