    can some one help me how to build an own divx player??
    what the best components i need to make a divx player and where i can get those components (on internet)
    what software do i need (DivxOS??)
    and a remote controle and the software for that

    Then just buy a powerful new PC in a small case (aka high-end laptop) and use that as your DivX player with video-outs to your TV; no need to reinvent the wheel. With a truly unlimited budget, i'd just find an AV place in the phone book and hire a consultant to build me a DivX box.
