i have been trying to use tmpgenc to cut a mpeg1 into 2 parts so i can burn them to vcd using nero. however, i just cant seem to cut the mpeg into the proper sizes to get them on cd. is there a tool out there, or any other way for me to tell where i should be splitting these files.
i know they will fit on 2 cd's because a friend of mine burned the same movie using dup-dvd and it went on 2 cd's with room to spare.....
many thanks to all for the help !!
