    I tried searching the site for this error but couldn't find anything.

    I don't know much computer stuff so I'll explain whats happening. I downloaded the program and initiated the install process. When I get to the Install screen and hit the install button I get this error: " Error Sending Request - A connection with the server could not be established"

    I assume that the install is trying to download more stuff from the web but can't. I downloaded it twice and tried the install and got the same error. Any idea whats causing this or how to make it install?

    that's nice. but what the heck is it you are trying to install? never heard of dvdgui0948.

    Its (dvdgui0948.exe) the download file for: DVD Slideshow GUI at:
    http://download.videohelp.com/tin2tin/index.html

    I clicked the help screen there which took me to this forum and the partial name (Videohelp) of this forum is in the site address so I thought I was in the right place to ask about it. Sorry if I'm in the wrong place. Thanks
