    Hello, I have some HD 3D TV movies, they are in mkv format , I want to play them on my HD 3D TV through my HD Humax box but it only supports avi and mp4 playback,

    so which software should I use to convert the mkv file to avi or mp4 without messing up the 3D and losing the quality?

    No need to convert/re-encode, just remux. Try mkv2mp4?
