    system:

    Windows ME
    VIA Motherboard (latest 4-in-one)
    Geforce2 mx400 (latest Detonator)
    256 mb ram
    TV Wonder VE PCI
    AMD Duron 800

    When i watch TV using PowerVCR, i get random horizontal lines on the screen, especially when the scene gets "busy", for example an explosion in an action movie. ATI's MMC 7.1 works ok, no lines at all. any suggestions (Have checked IRQs, no conflicts....).

    what resolution is it when you see the lines. I believe that you cant go above 720x240. Are the lines like the picture below? If they are then you might be running too high a resolution.

    No, they appear randomly all over the picture, and im using the default res, (dont know what it is )
