MP4 file that is corrupt Please help

I know this is an old link was hopping that someone would be able to help. I have an MP4 file that will not play it is from our school play. We just suffered the loss of one of our 4th graders, and were planning on selling the movie of the play to help with the funeral cost. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. By the way the7XvyO1ts (XDV_0274.MP4) is the bad file I have included two good ones that may help.

I d/l and tried repairing XDV_0274.MP4 but nothing worked,looks like its toast.
