Region Code Hack for Insignia NS-P10DVD

I saw that there is a hack posted for a "NS-PDVD10" model - not sure if this is a typo but for my "NS-P10DVD" the posted hack does not work. So maybe there are two different Insignia (portable) DVD players with just this slightly different model#. Can anybody help me with my model (see title)? Very much appreciated.

I am still facing this problem. In August 2010, I bought the Insignia NS-P10DVD and could not be able to unlock. Apparently the code is different than the previous 10" model.

The code may not work now because...
1) The manufacturer changed the hardware.
2) The code only worked on models sold in other parts of the world and not where you live.

Portable players have always been almost impossible to unlock. There may not be a code that works now for this player.

I am really sad to hear that.

Actually, I bought it in USA/FLA and I am hoping to find the codes that could work to unlock it.

So, please if anybody has a chance to find a code I appreciate a LOT.

Have you had any lick un finding out how to unlock the insignia nsp10dvd? Im from australia and are currently in the us, our car was broken into and they stole my daughters DVD player that we brought with us. We went out and bought a replacement(without thinking about the region codes ) and soon realized that her DVDs would not work in it. Does anyone know how to unlock it yet?
