  1. Hi I just got Cyberlink Powerdirector and I would like to edit some videos. I have two questions

    1. My camera produces .mov files, any particular reason why the camera produces files in this format rather than other formats?

    2. I would like to know what format I should export the video files once I am ready with editing them. So I will be importing the .mov files and then exporting them to one of the formats offered by Powerdirector. Which is best among avi wmv mpeg4 and mov?

    Thanks alot

Because that's what the camera's designers wanted it to produce.

Impossible to answer without knowing what you intend to play these files on AND what type of files your device accepts.
