Im having a problem with fairuse at the moment and cant figure out what is wrong.

It's ok all the way untill i hit next to start the encoding, the this error comes up " The DVD could not be converted, unable to create temp file"

Does anybody have a hint for what might be the problem.

Is the DVD encrypted? If you are trying to use a DVD that hasn't been cracked, FairUse Wizard can't use it.

No the DVD is not encrypted, and yes i am using Windows Vista, i have used fairuse many times before in Windows XP and no problem. atcakes... you run fairuse in adminstrator mode?
I know fairuse can work on Vista because when i used it first time after installation it worked but only one time... and then no more. But if i uninstall fairuse and install it back again this error does not come, but the program stops either way in trancoding or in writing output file.
atacakes do you have any more hint for me ? And did you install fairuse in adminstrator mode or just user, do you think that will matter?

    Thanks.
