I am trying to make very good quality VCDs and the best way seems to be to make MP2 files but if I then try to back encode to MPEG1 I loose all the lip sync.

Anyone got any tips to make real good vcds ?

I am capturing using ATI AIW Radeon at 8mb/SEC to MP2 then using Flask to try the conversion (TEMPEG wont recognise MP2 format)
